YOUR ORDER
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order. If we cannot supply an item, for example because it has sold out, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment when you place your order. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we may contact you before dispatch to correct it or cancel the order with a full refund.

DELIVERY
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days, and delivery costs are shown at checkout. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you give us.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND FAULTY GOODS
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as set out in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Our footwear is handmade from natural leather, so colour, grain and finish may vary slightly from the photos. Sizes are UK sizes.

OUR LIABILITY
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts there.
