How to measure your foot

  1. Stand on a sheet of paper in the socks you'll wear at events.
  2. Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel.
  3. Measure between the marks in centimetres.
  4. Do this for both feet and use the longer one.
  5. Find your foot length in the chart. Our shoes and boots are straight lasted, with no left or right foot, just as they were made in the 17th century. This gives more room than a modern shoe, so over 70% of our customers go down a size from their usual size.

Please note: this size guide is for guidance only. Every foot is different, so we can't guarantee that a size will fit you. If you're unsure, please get in touch before you order.

We're always happy to accept returns and exchanges. If you need a different size, you pay the postage to send the original back to us and the postage for the new pair. See our Refund policy for details.
